Budds Creek Rules
- Every individual that enters our property must sign a release of liability. If you do not sign a release form, you are trespassing.
- Budds Creek MX is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage. Enter at your own risk.
- 5mph speed limit.
- Riding any motor vehicle without a helmet is grounds for immediate expulsion.
- Riders must wear all required safety equipment.
- Motorcycles and ATVs may not carry passengers. RIDERS ONLY! Golf carts and UTVs may not exceed the suggested number of passengers.
- Wheelies or reckless driving are grounds for immediate expulsion.
- Budds Creek reserves the right to sell pit vehicle passes. If a pass is required, you may not operate your pit vehicle without one.
- No spectators on the racetrack.
- You may only enter the track at a designated area. Ask a staff member if you are unsure.
- Pets must be on a leash.
- No glass bottles. No campfires. No fireworks
- Violation of any of these rules can lead to expulsion.
Budds Creek Photography
Budds Creek is now selling photography passes, if you would like to shoot on the inside of the fence. The pass is $50 for the year, and includes a t shirt. Contact Ezra at 443 223 9171 if interested.
Are Pets Allowed?
Pets are allowed, only on a leash. For some events, we may require that pets must remain at your campsite.
What are the pit vehicle rules?

- Pit vehicles are for TRANSPORTATION ONLY. No joy riding allowed.
