Yes, AMA cards can be purchased at the track, the AMA Card is $39 (per year). If you are a Maryland or Delaware resident, you must also have a District 7 card, it is $15 per year.  These prices are for one year membership.  You can also call 800-AMA-JOIN to join the AMA via credit card.
