We ask that you please abide by our rules for the weekend. Safety of all our patrons is first and foremost, we want everyone to have a pleasant and memorable experience while they are visiting our facility. Our rules are set to ensure the safety and comfort for all our customers. Thank you.

1. No Paddock Riding Except Competitors (No Passengers)
2. To and from Race Track Full Gear ONLY!
3. No Bicycles ALLOWED ON PROPERTY
4. No Pit Bikes, Golf Carts, or Scooters
5. 5 MPH  Speed Limit
6. No Saving Camping Spots - Camping spots are first come first serve.
   
7. No Passing Under Caution
8. No Glass Bottles - Coolers, Cans and Plastic Containers are allowed. 
9. No Campfires or Fireworks
10. Keep Campsite Tidy. We have trash cans all over the park there is no need to liter.
11. No Weapons of Any Kind
12. No Riding on Grass Infield or Parking Lot
13. No pets, this includes DOGS, HORSES and CATS,  are allowed in the park on Sunday. Not even on a leash! Please do not bring your pet on Sunday -  you can't bring them into BuddsCreek and you CANT leave them an un-airconditioned vehicle.
    
14. Wristbands must be worn at all times and are your gate ticket. Once a wristband has been removed, it is no longer valid. You will either have to leave the park or purchase another wristband. No refunds or exchanges for any reason.
    
15. All sales are final. Lost or stolen wristbands or camping stickers WILL NOT be replaced. Breaking any of our TRACK RULES will be enforced on the spot by confiscation of your wristband, resulting in you having to leave the park.
16. Report any suspicious or dangerous activities
17. Keep foul language to a minimum,  this is a family event.
    
18. ABSOLUTELY NO STEALING BANNER - VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED
